About Me...
I blend Strategic Planning and Project Management skills with a deep human Behavioral Change Coaching approach - and my background reflects this unique mix.
In addition to being Managing Director of Plan.Coach.Succeed Ltd. (established in 2003), I am also a Co-founder of 8020 Excellerate - a transformative executive readiness program; and work as a PM Consultant / Executive Coach for several well-known global consulting firms.
Born in the UK, I lived in California for over 25 years and hold dual UK/US citizenship. I’ve travelled, lived and worked and all over the world, and speak German, French & Spanish.
I’m mum to three amazing kids - an active teenage boy, and two grownup kids, who live in the USA.
In my free time love open water swimming and singing at local open mic. events.

A certified Co-Active & ICF Accredited CPCC® Coach, I have almost 4,000 hours of 1-2-1 coaching experience and vast experience in designing, developing, and delivering high-impact leadership development programs that positively change behavior.
I came to coaching through my work on large change programs, where winning "hearts as well as minds" (Kotter) was clearly the key to success. I work with both established and aspiring leaders, in the corporate and start-up space, enabling them to achieve stellar results.

I have over 30 years of global project planning experience across a broad range of industries (pharma, financial, manufacturing, IT, Oil & Gas, creative, professional services).
My specialties include enterprise PM process development/rollouts; large organizational change initiatives, IT/business transformation and merger/ acquisition programs, and working with wannabe entrepreneurs to plan and get their business idea off the ground.
My approach is both holistic and pragmatic, and my philosophy when it comes to project planning, is definitely "keep it simple!"
